about Nathan

My name is Nathan Gifford and I am a draftsman located in Lincoln, NE. I have been drafting homes since 2007 and have worked in construction since 2002 doing a variety of jobs, both in new construction and remodeling. I also have a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska Lincoln.

Building a home can be a daunting task for most people.  There are so many things to consider before starting construction; location, builder, custom layout or builder provided layout, accessories, colors, and the list goes on.  Having a home laid out to fit your needs, wants, and lifestyle is a huge piece of the building process.  I prefer to walk clients through step by step to achieve the home they desire.  This is done by evaluation of your lifestyle, specific functions of areas of the home, and any of those must have items on your list.

My primary focus is on entry level to medium size homes.  I enjoy the challenge of creating a home that meets all the clients needs, and will be affordable and efficient to build.  Thank you for visiting the site and please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
