The Design to Construction Process
Design Consultation
Each project begins with a design session. We will discuss your vision, needs and wants for the project. From our discussions, we can begin the conception of your design.
Research and Development
Once the overall concept of the project is established, information will be gathered as to any covenant or site restrictions, zoning requirements and property constraints.
Design Development and Documentation
The design phase involves preliminary layouts of the home, as well as how the exterior will look once completed. This phase lacks the detail necessary for construction.
Construction Documentation
Your plans play a crucial role in the construction process. After the preliminary layout is established, construction documents will be created for your builder of choice.

My name is Nathan Gifford and I am a draftsman located in Lincoln, NE. I have been drafting homes since 2007 and have worked in construction since 2002 doing a variety of jobs, both in new construction and remodeling. I also have a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska Lincoln.
